Get in touch to gain access to the grow@ Managers App. Once we set your company up, as many company users as desired can access the system to identify, communicate with, and assign workers.
Waged workers who have signed up and have indicated that they are already employed by your company will automatically appear under the ‘My Company’ category in search results. This provides a work pool that you can instantly assign jobs to.
If you access workers new to your company, who are ready to start and have selected a time, location and wage rate that suits the job vacancy you need to fill, you are able to direct them into your normal onboarding process through in-app communication. No lead time, no drop-off rate, no expensive recruitment process.
